  2. Quantities of 20 or more.
  3. Delivery address within the M25.
  4. Ordered before Mid-day Friday.
    Delivered on Tuesday the following week.
  5. Free shipping is only available on MK Mobility Batteries to the trade of 20 or more.

Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 12pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders
Royal Mail Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Interlink Express and DHL Delivery Next Day Service - Aimed to arrive Next Working Day before 3pm Monday to Friday, which we use for all batteries only.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.
Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don't worry!

You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 2 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

Your unique order tracking number can be emailed to you upon request. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on (+44) 01322 280 594.

Haven't received you order when expected?
If your order doesn't arrive when expected please contact our Customer Service Department, (+44) 01322 280 594.

Please be aware that MobilityBatteriesDirect.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
